Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging customers and identifying their needs.
- Execute effective negotiation strategies to close sales and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrate value to potential buyers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch-wide sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and POS software.
