Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines
- Track inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
