Tanggung Jawab
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to retail partners to ensure optimal product display and availability.
- Promote and introduce new product lines to store owners and staff through effective product demonstrations.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends, to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing shop owners to ensure brand loyalty.
- Resolve client inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for regional review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the building materials, chemical, or FMCG industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in the Jember and Banyuwangi regions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using mobile productivity applications for reporting.
