Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for biochar products in the Sragen region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and retailers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational workshops on biochar applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional materials
- Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in agriculture or agrochemicals
- Strong understanding of Indonesian farming practices and regional agricultural needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jawa Tengah
- Basic knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and soil health
- High school diploma; agriculture or business degree preferred
