Tanggung Jawab
- Manage sales for building materials across residential, commercial, and individual customer segments
- Develop and maintain client relationships with contractors, developers, and retail customers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic product recommendations
- Provide technical product knowledge and construction solutions to customers
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 2+ years in sales, preferably building materials/construction
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
