Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and recommending products based on specific customer needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including organizing merchandise displays and replenishing stock.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and inventory levels to effectively educate customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
