Billstone Luxury Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our premium retail operations in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our management team, you will ensure seamless store operations while maintaining exceptional sales performance standards. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, team leadership, and customer experience expertise to uphold our luxury brand reputation. You'll drive store compliance, implement visual merchandising standards, and develop staff capabilities to exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards
- Train, motivate, and manage retail sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining high service quality standards
- Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or sales management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in luxury goods or premium retail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and training
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Knowledge of luxury retail standards and premium customer service practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
