Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Wismilak products in the designated Tegal area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail outlets and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure effective product placement and brand visibility in retail stores.
- Manage daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Salesman in a distribution or retail company is a strong advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a high level of motivation and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have own motorcycle.
- Excellent knowledge of the Tegal area and its demographics.
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
