Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners within the assigned territory.
- Execute daily sales routes and visit outlets to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Manage inventory levels at retail outlets and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma IV (D4) degree in any field.
- Experience as a Salesman in a distribution or FMCG company is highly preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a motorcycle.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the Mojokerto area.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics and retail sales processes.
