Wismilak is seeking a dynamic Retail Salesman to join our growing team in Medan. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the face of our brand, driving sales growth through direct engagement with retail and ecer outlets. You'll conduct regular store visits to promote our premium products, build strong retailer relationships, and implement in-store promotional activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to retail and ecer outlets to promote Wismilak products
- Execute direct sales activities and in-store promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Monitor product display and stock levels at assigned outlets
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence during visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective merchandising
- Report on sales performance and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat)
- 1+ years of retail or direct sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid SIM C and personal vehicle (if required for territory coverage)
- Basic understanding of FMCG retail operations
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
