Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Manage daily store operations, including product display, inventory replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide expert product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right linen products for their needs.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to enhance brand appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential issues with professionalism and grace.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of Indonesian; English language proficiency is a plus for Bali-based locations.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and possess a proactive mindset.
