Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and making recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Restock inventory, organize shelves, and ensure product availability.
- Support team operations and collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift merchandise as needed.
