Dufrindo International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our vibrant retail operations in Bali. As the heart of our store’s success, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a high-performance team culture, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our international and local clientele.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every shop under your supervision operates at the highest standards of service excellence, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, manage inventory effectively, and cultivate a service-first environment that sets us apart in the competitive Bali retail market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet monthly/quarterly KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of retail staff to achieve excellence in customer service.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including staff scheduling, cash management, and loss prevention.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in accordance with global brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a resolution-focused mindset.
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance reviews for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or international retail setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- A customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of the tourism/retail market in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
