Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and floor management.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Implement company sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational challenges for management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train team members effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian and professional English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock and administrative management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic office software (MS Office).
