Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of two retail locations, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and transition procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict service standards to ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.
- Monitor and maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance to align with brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to store management.
- Analyze daily sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
