In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless flow of our retail inventory, ensuring that our high-end merchandise is accurately tracked, stored, and prepared for our global guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail stockroom, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock against digital records to minimize shrinkage.
- Manage the receiving, inspection, and verification of new retail shipments against purchase orders.
- Process internal transfers and restock retail floor displays in a timely manner to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Utilize inventory management software to update product data, stock levels, and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor stock shelf-life and rotate products effectively to maintain quality.
- Prepare periodic inventory performance reports for the Retail Manager to assist in purchasing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail stockroom management or inventory control.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
- Physical stamina to handle stock movement and prolonged standing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between the warehouse and the retail floor team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, consistent with beach club operations.
