Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays to optimize sales performance.
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and resolve any customer complaints or inquiries professionally.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and security procedures within the retail environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the retail industry.
- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a retail team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sales growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and maintaining operational standards.
