Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates through effective coaching and performance management
- Drive exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to maximize store performance
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of retail team members
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in at least one other local language
- Basic knowledge of retail sales metrics and KPIs
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and retail
