Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Dry Food department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock orders, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Implement and monitor First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures to ensure product freshness and minimize wastage.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail assistants to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure the department layout is visually appealing, clean, and adheres to the company’s merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks and stock audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Branch Manager regarding sales performance and stock status.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or FMCG environment is required.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a retail shift environment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a busy wholesale floor.
