Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across assigned retail locations to ensure seamless store performance.
- Conduct regular operational audits to verify compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to store staff to enhance service quality and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs or overstock.
- Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all visual merchandising and display standards are consistently maintained.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational bottlenecks efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or operational auditing.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven track record in conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region in Medan/Sumatera Utara.
