Are you a passionate professional with a drive for excellence in the retail sector? PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik is looking for a dynamic Retail Trainer Specialist to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be the backbone of our regional retail operations, acting as the bridge between Head Office strategy and dealer-level execution.
As the electric vehicle (2-wheel) industry continues to surge in Indonesia, you will play a critical role in standardizing customer service, boosting sales conversion, and ensuring every dealer provides a world-class experience. We are looking for someone who can mentor staff, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive performance through strategic training and on-site support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for dealer sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize sales outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure adherence to Yadea brand standards.
- Support Head Office retail initiatives by implementing marketing and sales strategies at the dealer level.
- Act as a primary liaison between the dealership network and internal corporate departments.
- Identify training gaps and create customized development plans for sales and service teams.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and feedback loops for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail training, sales operations, or dealer management, preferably in the automotive or 2-wheel vehicle industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor diverse teams.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and translating findings into operational improvements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region in Riau.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to retail management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant plus.
