Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and Execute Training Curriculums: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff and store managers, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions to identify individual development needs and track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with regional sales directors to align training strategies with broader business objectives and quarterly sales targets.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain engaging learning materials, including digital manuals, video tutorials, and interactive workshop guides using modern Learning Management Systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and address emerging market trends.
  • Onboarding Management: Organize and manage seamless onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a strong integration into the Midea culture.
  • Regional Support: Travel to retail locations to provide hands-on support and observe training effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, talent development, or corporate training within the consumer electronics or appliance industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that result in measurable sales growth and improved employee retention.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
