Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed needs analysis for retirement and insurance products.
- Provide accurate information regarding 401k plans, policy coverage, and premium payments.
- Assist clients in completing enrollment forms and updating beneficiary details.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the claims team and underwriters to resolve complex client issues.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales or service targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex financial terminology to a diverse audience.
- Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- High level of empathy and patience when handling client concerns.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules if required.
