Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding 401K retirement plans and insurance products.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding account balances, contribution changes, and withdrawal processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex account issues with professionalism.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and company policies related to retirement planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service requests and provide comprehensive support.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive financial information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the BPO, Insurance, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of retirement plans (401K) or insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- High proficiency in computer applications and navigating multiple software platforms.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
