Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding 401K plans, retirement accounts, and related insurance products.
  • Provide accurate and professional information to clients regarding account updates, distribution rules, and plan benefits.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving account issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and regulatory compliance standards during every client interaction.
  • Document all customer interactions precisely in the CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex account escalations and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the BPO, Finance, or Insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of retirement planning, 401K accounts, or general insurance policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and CRM platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment at our Taguig site.
