Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding 401K plans, retirement accounts, and related insurance products.
- Provide accurate and professional information to clients regarding account updates, distribution rules, and plan benefits.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving account issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and regulatory compliance standards during every client interaction.
- Document all customer interactions precisely in the CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex account escalations and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the BPO, Finance, or Insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of retirement planning, 401K accounts, or general insurance policies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and CRM platforms simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment at our Taguig site.
