As a Return Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of equipment returns. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unpack, and inspect returned equipment according to company quality standards.
- Perform technical diagnostics to identify hardware or functional defects.
- Execute repairs and refurbishments to restore products to optimal working condition.
- Document all findings, repair steps taken, and component replacements in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to restock refurbished items effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to the production team regarding recurring issues found during the return process.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical repair, assembly, or quality control.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to use various hand tools and testing equipment.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and updating inventory systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
