In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain and e-commerce operations by managing the seamless processing of returned merchandise. As a Returns & Recovery Agent, your primary focus will be to receive all RTS (Return to Seller) parcels from various couriers and meticulously verify them against expected platform returns. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all returned items are accurately accounted for, physically inspected, and properly processed for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and unload all RTS (Return to Seller) parcels from courier deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Verify returned items against system records, packing slips, and expected platform returns.
- Conduct physical inspection of returned products for damages, missing parts, or signs of use.
- Accurately update inventory management systems with return statuses and condition notes.
- Sort, categorize, and organize returned items for restocking, liquidation, or proper disposal.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized receiving and recovery work area.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams regarding any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and physical inventory verification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying weights safely.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manila City, Metro Manila.
