Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of product returns from receipt to final disposition.
- Inspect returned goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies against official documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve return-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all returned inventory in the company system.
- Prepare periodic reports on return trends to assist management in identifying operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and warehouse standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the proper disposal or reintegration of items into inventory as directed by store policy.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving items when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different departments.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
