Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue figures to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare and present accurate, timely revenue reports and dashboards to management.
  • Ensure all data entry is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date in internal systems.
  • Assist in forecasting future revenue trends based on historical data and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and room availability.
  • Identify discrepancies in data and work towards resolving them promptly.
  • Maintain and organize databases, ensuring data hygiene across the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is essential.
  • Basic understanding of revenue management principles and hotel operations is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
