As the Senior Director of RCM, you will set the strategic direction for our billing and reimbursement processes. You will lead a high-performing team, implement best practices, and leverage data analytics to reduce denials and improve cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RCM strategy to maximize revenue and minimize write-offs.
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including registration, claim submission, denial management, and collections.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of RCM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and finance teams to resolve complex billing issues and improve patient satisfaction.
- Drive process automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual errors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Finance, or Medical Billing.
- Proven track record of leading RCM teams in a large-scale healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and reimbursement models (IPPS, Medicare, Private Insurance).
- Advanced knowledge of RCM software, analytics tools, and EMR systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
