Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., a premier provider of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Revenue Cycle Management Training Supervisor to lead our collections training initiatives at our Pasay City office.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the performance of our Collections team. You will supervise a team of trainers, ensuring they deliver engaging and effective instruction on medical billing, denial management, and accounts receivable processes. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying training needs, creating impactful curriculum, and driving measurable improvements in team productivity and quality scores.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Revenue Cycle Management (Collections) department.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of trainers to ensure high-quality, engaging training delivery and consistency.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality Assurance leadership to align training strategies with key performance indicators (KPIs) and client requirements.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle for new hires, including onboarding, classroom instruction, nesting, and certification processes.
  • Monitor and analyze training effectiveness, generating reports on ROI, performance improvements, and knowledge retention.
  • Ensure all training materials and processes remain compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine curriculum and training methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically within healthcare collections or medical billing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or training lead role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Proven ability to design, structure, and deliver effective training programs for adult learners.
  • Strong working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance guidelines, denial management, and accounts receivable workflows.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable training improvements.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Pasay City and must be amenable to shifting schedules.
