As a Revenue Distribution Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial success by optimizing our distribution channels and implementing data-driven pricing strategies. You will analyze market trends to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) and ensure our hotel remains competitive in the vibrant Central Region.
In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Sales team to forecast demand, manage inventory, and set optimal rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize hotel inventory and pricing across all major distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the hotel's direct website.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies in real-time.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to senior management to track performance against targets.
- Liaise with the Sales team to negotiate contracts, allotments, and rate parity to maximize occupancy.
- Implement yield management strategies to drive Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
- Monitor channel mix performance and optimize booking sources to reduce dependency on expensive third-party channels.
- Conduct seasonal and annual forecasting to ensure accurate budgeting and resource planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or sales within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) such as Duetto, IDeaS, or Protégé.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of the New Zealand tourism market and Queenstown's unique dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
