- Develop and implement revenue distribution strategies across multiple property portfolios
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform financial decisions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals
- Monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive financial performance reports
- Optimize revenue allocation through data-driven forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic revenue enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years in revenue management, financial planning, or property finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of hospitality/tourism market dynamics in Bali
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic revenue models
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in Revenue Management or Financial Analysis preferred
