Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic revenue management plans to maximize profitability across all departments
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to inform pricing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online distribution partners
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted promotions and packages
- Monitor KPIs including RevPAR, occupancy rates, and ADR with actionable reporting
- Lead contract negotiations with corporate and group clients
- Contribute to annual revenue forecasting and budget planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' revenue management or commercial sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (IDeaS, Duetto) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Deep understanding of Singapore's tourism landscape and corporate market
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
