This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of hotel revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting.
As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced Revenue Managers to drive profitability and maximize inventory performance. You will be exposed to industry-leading tools and methodologies used to manage room rates and space availability in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring of room rates and inventory levels across multiple distribution channels.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify pricing trends and demand fluctuations.
- Support the revenue team in generating daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze historical booking data to assist in forecasting occupancy levels.
- Help maintain and update rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our brand website.
- Participate in revenue strategy meetings and contribute insights on market dynamics.
- Ensure high accuracy in data entry and systems maintenance for hotel booking management software.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under supervision.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration (min. 3-6 months).
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Revenue Management Systems is a plus.
