- Forecast demand and manage inventory across all distribution channels
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, market share, and key performance indicators
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Train and mentor staff on revenue management principles and practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
- Excellent understanding of distribution channels and booking systems
- Proven ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
