Veranda Hotels & Residences is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Revenue Manager, you will be the strategic backbone of our financial performance, responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through sophisticated pricing strategies, inventory management, and precise market forecasting.
In this role, you will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to optimize our room distribution and revenue per available room (RevPAR). You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to implement effective yield management practices, ensuring our properties maintain a competitive edge in the Jakarta hospitality market. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader capable of translating complex metrics into actionable business strategies that drive year-over-year growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize total hotel profitability.
- Monitor and analyze daily market performance, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to adjust rates dynamically.
- Manage inventory across all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and our direct website.
- Prepare accurate short-term and long-term occupancy and revenue forecasts to guide operational planning.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings to review performance, strategy efficacy, and upcoming market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design promotional offers and packages that drive incremental revenue.
- Monitor and audit the integrity of data within the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or residence setting.
- Strong proficiency in hotel PMS, RMS, and CRS technologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of market segmentation, yield management, and distribution channel dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
