  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform strategic revenue decisions
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR and maximize profitability
  • Monitor booking pace and market performance to adjust strategies proactively
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional calendars with revenue goals
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and variance reports for leadership review
  • Manage distribution channels and negotiate contracts with key partners
  • Train and mentor staff on revenue management best practices and tools

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience in luxury hospitality or resort operations
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Opera) and BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and market metrics
  • Proven track record of improving key performance indicators (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Bali tourism market dynamics and seasonal demand fluctuations
