You'll be instrumental in shaping pricing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our competitive edge in Bali's dynamic hospitality landscape. As a key member of our revenue leadership team, you'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies with business objectives while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform strategic revenue decisions
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR and maximize profitability
- Monitor booking pace and market performance to adjust strategies proactively
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional calendars with revenue goals
- Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and variance reports for leadership review
- Manage distribution channels and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Train and mentor staff on revenue management best practices and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience in luxury hospitality or resort operations
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Opera) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and market metrics
- Proven track record of improving key performance indicators (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market dynamics and seasonal demand fluctuations
