Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across all distribution channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and availability
- Oversee inventory management and room rate strategies to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- Prepare detailed revenue reports and KPI dashboards for senior management review
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional calendars and strategies
- Implement dynamic pricing models based on seasonal demand, events, and market conditions
- Monitor channel performance and negotiate agreements with OTAs and corporate partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience in hotel/hospitality sector
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Opera)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Advanced knowledge of distribution channels and revenue optimization techniques
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
