Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across all distribution channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize room rates and packages
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted promotions and packages
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on seasonal demand and market conditions
- Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners
- Lead revenue optimization projects to enhance profitability and market share
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management within hospitality sector
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto)
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
- Knowledge of Jakarta tourism market and regional competitive landscape
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
