Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to forecast demand accurately.
- Manage and optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the property’s direct website.
- Conduct regular yield management meetings to review performance and adjust pricing strategies dynamically.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to support promotional campaigns and revenue initiatives.
- Maintain and audit data integrity within the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS).
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management regarding revenue performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Software.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and build revenue models.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, yield management principles, and distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Bali.
