Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Sales team, you will set optimal room rates and inventory levels to maximize revenue opportunities. Your expertise will help us navigate the competitive landscape of Singapore’s luxury market and ensure sustainable growth. You will also be tasked with forecasting future trends and identifying new revenue streams to enhance the guest experience while protecting our bottom line. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities to make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust availability to optimize yield management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on revenue management best practices and tools.
  • Conduct regular reviews of pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in RMS (Revenue Management Systems) such as Duetto, IDeaS, or Micros.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
