As a Revenue Operations Associate specializing in e-commerce and B2B support, you'll drive revenue optimization by bridging sales, marketing, and customer success operations. This role is critical for streamlining our revenue generation processes, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies that maximize conversion rates across digital and business channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead management, accurate forecasting, and scalable revenue operations in our fast-paced e-commerce environment. Ideal candidates will thrive in data-driven environments and possess a passion for transforming insights into actionable revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Optimize and manage the end-to-end revenue pipeline for e-commerce and B2B segments
  • Analyze sales data to identify revenue leakage and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate and qualify high-intent leads
  • Support CRM system maintenance and data hygiene for accurate sales reporting

Kualifikasi
