Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall hotel revenue.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage room inventory across all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and tactical offers.
- Ensure rate parity across all online and offline booking platforms to protect brand integrity.
- Conduct regular audits of system configurations to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of OTA extranets, Channel Managers, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to management.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and utilize new revenue management technologies.
