Intelassist Inc. is seeking a skilled Revit Architect to join our growing team. This is a project-based, hybrid role based in Eastwood, Metro Manila, requiring availability during nightshift hours to collaborate effectively with US-based clients.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural designs and BIM (Building Information Modeling) documentation. We prioritize candidates with direct experience working on US-based projects, as this role requires understanding American architectural standards, codes, and workflows. You will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise 3D models, managing project schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across time zones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage detailed 3D Revit models and construction documents for US-based projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders during nightshift hours.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural and MEP engineers.
- Ensure all drawings comply with US building codes and local regulations.
- Manage project libraries, families, and templates within the Revit environment.
- Attend virtual design reviews and client meetings to provide technical support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Revit Architect, specifically with US-based projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a nightshift schedule.
- Strong English communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Knowledge of architectural standards and construction documentation.
