Advanced Aquarium Technologies (AAT) is a global leader in the design, construction, and operation of iconic public aquariums. We are seeking a highly skilled REVIT/BIM Drafter-Modeler (Life Support Systems) to join our dynamic engineering team in Ayala Alabang, Metro Manila.
In this critical onsite role, you will transform engineering concepts into precise 3D BIM models and detailed construction drawings for state-of-the-art aquatic life support systems (LSS). You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure flawless integration of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, specifically focused on aquatic life support systems (filtration, ozonation, heating/cooling, hydraulics).
- Produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and isometric piping details.
- Collaborate with MEP and structural engineers to perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts using Navisworks.
- Manage and organize project BIM data, strictly adhering to company BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and LOD standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on all models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Generate material schedules, equipment lists, and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model to support procurement and costing.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a standard Revit family library for custom aquatic equipment and piping components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a Diploma in Drafting Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeler or BIM Draftsperson, with a strong focus on MEP or process piping.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
- In-depth understanding of BIM workflows, LOD specifications, and clash detection methodology.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical piping systems, plumbing codes, and equipment layout.
- Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to visualize complex 3D systems from 2D concept sketches.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in life support systems, water treatment, aquariums, or marine engineering is highly advantageous.
