KamelMedia is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revit Drafter to join our growing design team onsite in the vibrant Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a Revit Drafter, you will play a critical role in bringing architectural visions to life. You will be responsible for creating high-quality drawings, updating complex floor plans, and supporting our Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and local building codes.
- Execute precise updates to existing architectural plans, sections, and elevations based on project requirements.
- Support the BIM coordination process by identifying and resolving spatial clashes within the model.
- Assist in the generation of schedules, material take-offs, and quantity surveys directly from the BIM environment.
- Maintain and organize project drawing sets and digital archives in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute technical insights to improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Drafter or BIM Modeler with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and integrated project delivery methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based onsite setting.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo additional training to master advanced modeling and BIM software.
