Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity BIM models for luxury villa architectural projects.
- Generate comprehensive construction documentation, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Conduct accurate topography analysis to inform site-specific architectural design decisions.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs to support project cost estimation and resource planning.
- Produce high-quality shop drawings for construction teams and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal design teams to resolve structural and spatial conflicts within the model.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with company standards and project-specific requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Revit updates and BIM industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Revit Drafter or BIM Technician, specifically in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Navisworks or similar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation processes and architectural standards.
- Ability to interpret structural and MEP drawings with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding spatial relationships and material specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
