Are you a skilled Mechanical Designer ready to make an impact? Guerilla is currently seeking a dedicated Revit Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions and managing complex projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with construction teams and provide expert engineering design consulting to ensure project success.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will leverage cutting-edge BIM technology to create precise 3D models and detailed technical drawings. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in design.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain 3D parametric models and detailed 2D drafting drawings using Revit software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and structural engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform design reviews and resolve technical discrepancies to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Prepare material takeoffs, quantity surveys, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Update and manage BIM model data throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Support the construction team by providing on-site engineering assistance and clarifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Revit-based mechanical design.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
