Skillevate Training Center is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Revit MEP Trainer/Instructor to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design. We are looking for an industry expert who can effectively bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application, empowering aspiring professionals and experienced practitioners to excel in the competitive construction and engineering sectors.
As a Revit Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of engineers and designers. You will utilize your deep technical expertise to guide students through complex Revit workflows, ensuring they are well-prepared for the demands of modern project management and design. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive Revit MEP training modules and workshops tailored to various skill levels.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring students gain practical experience with real-world MEP modeling scenarios.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including curriculum guides, exercise files, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to students during training sessions to ensure smooth learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through practical exams, projects, and constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay current with the latest Autodesk Revit updates, BIM standards, and industry best practices to keep the curriculum relevant.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and enhance the overall quality of the educational programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as an MEP Engineer or Architect, with a strong portfolio of Revit projects.
- Proven experience as a Revit Trainer, Instructor, or Educator, or strong aptitude for teaching technical subjects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (including MEP, System families, and Families).
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and MEP coordination processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be willing to travel within the Bicol Region for on-site training or workshops.
